Backed by Ant International, EPOS is part of Antom's global merchant payment services and a leading POS and digital payment solutions provider headquartered in Singapore. As we expand in Malaysia, we are building a high-impact sales team to drive merchant acquisition and scale the adoption of digital payment solutions.

As a Channel Reseller Executive / Senior Executive, you will manage and grow EPOS network of POS resellers and dealers across Malaysia. You'll be responsible for onboarding new resellers, equipping them to sell and support EPOS POS systems, and driving consistent sell-through to SME merchants. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role covering reseller recruitment, technical enablement, stock and pricing coordination, and ongoing account management.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard POS resellers and dealers across Malaysia
  • Manage reseller commercial terms, including pricing tiers, margins, and stock allocation for POS terminals and peripherals
  • Assist and resolve issues / enquiries covering POS hardware setup, software configuration, and troubleshooting. Escalate when required.
  • Set and track reseller sell-through targets, monitoring performance against quotas
  • Coordinate after-sales support, helping resellers resolve installation and technical issues with merchants
  • Support reseller-led initiatives, merchant onboarding, and any ad-hoc to guarantee success
  • Conduct regular business reviews with resellers to address operational gaps and strengthen engagement
  • Gather field intelligence on competitor POS offerings, pricing, and merchant needs, and feed insights back to product and sales teams
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams on POS rollouts, firmware/software updates, and inventory planning
  • Represent EPOS at trade shows, reseller events, and industry exhibitions
