Job Responsibilities
User Growth via Partners
- Develop and run growth plans for remittance users from wallet and bank partners.
- Use channels such as partner traffic, co-marketing, referral programs, incentives and loyalty schemes to drive new users and repeat usage.
Lifecycle & Campaign Management
- Segment users by lifecycle stage (new, active, dormant, high-value, churn-risk).
- Plan and execute targeted campaigns across partner channels and our own channels to improve retention, repeat remittance rate and LTV.
User Insights & Product Improvement
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify key pain points and growth opportunities.
- Work with Product and Design teams to optimize remittance flows, conversion and user experience.
Partner Business Collaboration
- Align with wallet and bank partners on growth goals and KPIs.
- Plan and run joint campaigns and initiatives, coordinating internal and partner resources.
- Help deepen long-term collaboration with key partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years in Growth, CRM/Lifecycle, or data-driven Marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience in user segmentation, campaign execution, and funnel/product optimization.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data and performance dashboards (Excel/Sheets, BI; SQL is a plus).
- Strong ownership and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally and with external partners.
- Experience with wallets, banks, payment institutions or fintech / cross-border remittance is a plus.
- Fluent English preferred; international or multicultural experience is a plus.
