Reports To: Co-Founder (Head of BD & Sales)

Role Type: Founding Lead (Individual Contributor to Team Lead)

Focus: Strategic Brand Expansion & Experiential Growth

Pealet is a visionary brand builder at the nexus of technology, community, and family wellness. We are pioneering a new model that leverages AI and community-led growth to redefine family nutrition. Our flagship brand, HaruPlate, is evolving from a product-focused CPG brand into a comprehensive Developmental Wellness Platform.

2. Your Mission: The Architect of Partnerships-Driven Growth

As the Partnerships & Growth Lead, your objective is to partner with Key Strategic Corporate Partners to deploy our experiential programs. You will position these initiatives as a way to drive high-quality family traffic and increase engagement within their ecosystems, ultimately creating a seamless bridge to HaruPlate's offerings.

3. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Strategic Partnerships & Alliances (50%)
  • B2B Outreach: Identify and secure long-term partnerships with key commercial stakeholders.
  • Concept Pitching: Sell the vision of Experience-Led Commerce—positioning our platforms as a solution for partners looking to differentiate their spaces and build genuine community connections.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Work with Leadership to design win-win deals
B. Initiative Infrastructure & Squad Building (30%)
  • Playbook Execution & Feedback: You will work closely with the Leadership (C-Team) to execute the flagship playbook. You will be responsible for providing critical field insights and data-driven feedback to help the Core Team refine SOPs for global scalability.
  • Squad Leadership: As the initiative scales, you will hire, train, and lead the execution squad (coordinators, educators, and operations support).
  • Resource Management: Manage the logistics of multi-site deployments with a focus on high efficiency and brand consistency.
C. Ecosystem Integration (20%)
  • Closing the Loop: Ensure all physical touchpoints feed directly into our digital retail engine and AI-driven community tools.
  • Impact Analytics: Develop frameworks to measure partnership success, including footfall, engagement metrics, and conversion into our wider brand portfolio.
4. What We Are Looking For
  • The Intrapreneur Spirit: You have 3-5 years of experience in BD, Strategic Partnerships, or Experiential Marketing. You are a top performer who is ready to build and lead a department from the ground up.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: You thrive in Stage 0 environments. You are happy to prototype, refine, and build structure where none exists.
  • Strategic Sales Mindset: You are energized by high-level B2B negotiations and have the grit to navigate complex corporate stakeholder environments.
  • Mission Alignment: You are passionate about the intersection of wellness, education, and community growth.
