Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new partners to support business growth.
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, RevShare).
Maintain long-term partner relationships and provide support and required materials.
Monitor performance metrics, assess traffic quality, and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Contribute to partnership strategy development and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Must-have:
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnership Management, or Influencer Collaboration.
Ability to negotiate and communicate
Ability to analyze performance data and optimize ongoing activities.
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic marketing tools.
