Partnerships Manager (Malay-speaking) — Remote | Full-time
At Digmarit, we specialize in digital marketing solutions that help businesses grow and engage their target audience across digital platforms. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Partnerships Manager to join our international team and grow our partner network across Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new partners through social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Identify potential partners via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, and other platforms.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners.
- Provide partners with tailored support and incentives to boost engagement and performance.
- Maintain daily activity reports and monitor partner performance.
- Follow up regularly to ensure partners remain active and productive.
Requirements
- Fluent in Malay - written and spoken, mandatory.
- English at a working level.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Prior experience in partnerships marketing, sales, or business development is a plus.
