Role Summary:

In the role as Partnerships Manager, your primary role is to manage all assigned relationships and marketing related activities/campaigns for the Channel and Partnerships unit. You will be assigned to handle issuing relationships with our partners including card issuer and BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) partners.

You key KPIs include to grow planned volume for partners, especially Pay Later volume and transactions on counts. You will also be expected to sign up new partnerships and secure marketing funding to increase our revenue and achieve allocated Annual Opera ng Plan (AOP).

To excel in this role, you are required to be agile and have strong interpersonal skills as you will be expected to work with both internal and external par es. You will also be expected to drive, monitor and deliver projects, ensuring revenue and volume targets are met. Additionally, you will also be tasked to strategize and execute marketing strategies/campaigns as an effort to drive incremental growth for partners.

Responsibilities we entrust you with:

  • Handle assigned tasks and responsibilities, diligently and accurately
  • End-to-end management of assigned relationships including but not limited to overseeing and tracking of merchant onboarding, weekly performance tracking and analysis, billing management etc
  • Strategize and grow partners volume via marketing campaigns/VAS etc
  • Strategize and manage marketing campaigns for ensure Partnerships unit
  • Provide campaign performance updates and execute post-mortem post campaign
  • Assist and execute strategic projects identified by Partnerships unit
  • Conduct analysis and deep dives periodically/ad hoc basis to derive key insights and identify potential opportunities that can provide incremental growth to the Partnerships team.

What matters in the role:

  • Possess at least 4 years of relevant working experience, especially in business development and partnership's role in similar industry and/or e-commerce companies
  • Has prior experience doing marketing related ac vi es/campaigns does not have to be a marketing specialist
  • Comfortable with client facing roles and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to sell and negotiate for corporate.
  • Must possess fundamental data analysis skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation on and extract on and Power Point for presentation
  • Has strong project management skills and a keen eye for details
