The Parts & Service Sales Representative role provides essential sales and contract support while actively promoting and selling Sandvik's products and services across a diverse customer portfolio. Working closely with the Territory Manager Indochina, you will support sales performance, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute to sustainable business growth. The position is based in Shah Alam, Kuala Lumpur.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage sales and drive sustainable growth in parts and service revenue within Indochina.
- Maintain and grow business relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new customers opportunities.
- Anticipate, understand and address customer needs aligning with appropriate Sandvik's products and solutions to maximize customer value and sales profitability.
- Pursue sales leads with existing and prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs, recommend suitable products and services, respond to more complex customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms.
- Maintain accurate market and customer data and share insights through approved systems and tools.
- Develop and execute annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plan.

Qualifications And Experience
- At least 3 to 4 years working experience in sales and/or contract support-related roles.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business administration, Marketing.
- Knowledge or experience in the mining industry would be an added advantage.
- Strong computer literacy, possess a valid Car Driving License would be advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
