Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Parts Manager on a day-to-day operation
  • Ensure smooth running of the parts store operation and workshop support on parts requirements.
  • Facilitate stores smooth operation flow according to standard and safety procedures.
  • Oversees the timely receiving, sorting and binning of parts.
  • Ensure accuracy of the right parts and quantity supplied.
  • Responsible for the physical inventory of the parts store and accessories corner.
  • Perform constant location maintenance to improve part store space utilization.
  • Conduct periodical checks on the physical inventory in the Parts store and accessories.
  • Ensure the Stock Take Variant to be less than 3% in the parts store and accessories.
  • Liaison with CSA & Workshop controller on parts warranty related matters.
  • Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery.
  • Execute in carrying out project as and when assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
  • Preferably proficient in Autoline and MS Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior or Management from time to time.
