We are seeking a compassionate, customer-focused, and proactive Patient Liaison Officer to join our Fertility Centre team. In this role, you will serve as the key point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey, providing personalized support, coordination, and guidance to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist and support fertility patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Coordinate and facilitate outpatient and inpatient appointments and arrangements.
- Provide translation and patient support services where required.
- Attend to patient enquiries via phone calls, emails, and digital communication channels.
- Support the Fertility Centre's 24-hour careline services.
- Monitor and follow up on patient enquiries and ongoing treatment cases.
- Facilitate patient visits and provide assistance or tours when needed.
- Provide information on available fertility treatments, services, disciplines, and packages.
- Assist in marketing activities, roadshows, events, and market research initiatives.
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualification & Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline; candidates with a healthcare-related qualification are preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, patient services, hospitality, healthcare, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric personality.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is a plus.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
