Responsibilities
. Coordinate patient registration and appointment scheduling
. Manage appointment bookings and follow-up arrangements
. Provide frontline support by handling enquiries via phone and in person
. Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records within the system
. Assist with cashiering and financial counselling matters where required
. Support healthcare professionals with administrative and basic patient care duties when needed
. Ensure a seamless and positive patient experience throughout their visit
. Carry out other administrative and operational duties as assigned
Requirements
. Minimum GCE N/O Levels, GCE A Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
. Passionate about the healthcare industry and delivering quality patient service
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
. Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
. Meticulous, organized, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
. Training will be provided for successful candidates
. Able to commence work within a short notice period will be an advantage
