- Ensure all payment transactions are processed accurately and on time.
- Verify and reconcile financial documentation to maintain compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Monitor and update payment systems to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
- Prepare regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with audits and financial reviews.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment processes and suggest optimizations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to financial regulations.

A Successful Payment I Should Have
- A background in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Good understanding of payment systems and financial reconciliation processes.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team within the Transport & Distribution industry.
