  • Lead end-to-end merchant onboarding, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
  • Serve as the go-to SME for merchant operations, guiding internal teams and resolving escalations.
  • Manage chargeback disputes, preparing responses and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize losses.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, document processes, and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as required by the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in merchant onboarding, account management, operations management, payments or fintech.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Solid knowledge of merchant operations, onboarding, and payment workflows.
  • Familiarity with chargeback mechanisms and dispute resolution.
  • Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); SQL and Power Query a plus.
  • Understanding of payment channels and Merchant Discount Rate (MDR).
  • Energetic, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-learning, resourceful, and able to work independently.
