Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily payment queries.
Oversee and ensure smooth payment processing operations.
Monitor transactions and follow up on failed or abnormal cases.
Liaise with third-party platforms to maintain secure and stable transactions.
Troubleshoot payment issues and escalate complex cases internally.
Review payment reports and provide insights to support internal decisions.
Track and prioritize tasks, issues, and change requests as projects progress.
Analyze issues and identify responsible parties for immediate attention.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in finance, e-commerce, or payment gateway operations preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome (training provided).
Familiarity with online payment systems is a plus.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external parties.
Ability to solve problems under pressure.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
