HR Payroll Analyst

- Execute payroll activities
- Meet all KPIs defined on Accuracy and Timeliness
- Statutory requirement knowledge of Singapore and Malaysia compliance is an added advantage
- Conduct analysis & problem solving
- Work with minimum supervision in a team environment
- Process payroll reconciliation to identify discrepancies
- Manage month end reports to specific stakeholders
- Manage adhoc reports as per request
- Statutory year end processing
- Provide post payroll support
- Follow payroll checklist accordingly to ensure KPIs are met
- Adhere to payroll calendar and perform tasks accordingly
- Follow up with stakeholders / data inputs from multiple individual who should provide payroll data input
We Elevate... Your Best Self
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or any equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of handling end to end payroll processing tasks
- Prior knowledge in Singapore payroll
- Experience in outsourcing or shared service environment
- Experienced in using ProSoft payroll software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess fundamental HR knowledge, skills and abilities regarding HR operations
- Able to handle high level of confidentiality
- Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, to work independently and as part of a team.
