You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
- Managing end-to-end payroll processing activities for APAC countries, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery in partnership with HR teams, payroll vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining employee data across HR systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central, onboarding platforms, and payroll systems to support data accuracy and integrity.
- Supporting payroll compliance activities by monitoring statutory submissions and adhering to applicable payroll regulations across APAC countries.
- Providing payroll, HR administration, and employee support by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and managing ServiceNow tickets.
- Collaborating with HR, Finance, Global Mobility, vendors, and employees to ensure payroll inputs, reporting, and related processes are completed effectively.
- Conducting data audits, reconciliations, and reporting activities to identify discrepancies and maintain high-quality employee and payroll data.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives, system testing, and HR services projects that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, either in-house or outsourced, preferably within a shared services or multinational environment.
- Experience processing end-to-end payroll for one or more APAC countries, with India payroll experience strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of statutory payroll requirements and compliance obligations across APAC countries.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to analyze payroll data, identify variances, and perform data validation.
- Professional proficiency in English with the ability to communicate effectively across a diverse stakeholder group
Desired Skills And Experience
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central, SuccessFactors Onboarding, ADP Time & Attendance, ADP Streamline Payroll, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Experience with HR systems administration, employee data management, and data reconciliation activities.
- Experience participating in HR systems implementations, payroll migrations, testing, or process improvement initiatives.
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Additional language skills, particularly Mandarin Chinese, are considered an asset.
- Strong collaboration, organization, communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
