Job Responsibility
Payroll Processing
- Process payroll for all employees on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy in salary calculations, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Prepare and manage payroll reports, ensuring all payments are processed within established timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including EPF (Employees Provident Fund), SOCSO (Social Security Organization), EIS (Employment Insurance Scheme), and PCB (Potongan Cukai Berjadual).
Statutory Contributions And Compliance
- Calculate and remit all statutory payments, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax (PCB), in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns such as Form E, EA, and CP39 within deadlines. Stay updated on changes in payroll-related regulations and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
Employee Records Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records, including salary information, deductions, and leave balances.
- Handle the administration of employee benefits, such as medical claims, insurance, and allowances.
- Manage the payroll system, including data entry, updates, and backups.
Payroll Queries And Support
- Address and resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support to HR and Finance departments in payroll-related matters and audits.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll-related budgets and forecasts.
Payroll System Management
- Experience using Infotech payroll system will be an advantage.
- Ensure the payroll system is accurately maintained, updated, and secure.
- Work with IT and external vendors to resolve any payroll system issues or upgrades.
- Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Reporting And Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports for management.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements related to payroll expenses.

Qualifications
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma

- Strong knowledge of local payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
