Job Description

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of payroll or HR administration is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle confidential information
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Willing to work in Senai, Johor

Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and monitor employees attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Process and update payroll data accurately in the system
  • Assist in payroll preparation, calculations, and documentation
  • Update and maintain employee records in HR system
  • Prepare and verify HR-related documents, reports, and memos
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation for payroll and administrative records
  • Support superior in payroll operations
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
