Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant, Payroll Outsourcing & Operations to support the payroll processes for our clients. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will be integral to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for assigned clients;
  • Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing;
  • Provide strategic guidance and operational support to enhance payroll efficiency;
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver high-quality service.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum 12 years of payroll experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment.
    • Experience in multi-country payroll processing is an advantage.
    • Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and statutory requirements.
    • Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, SunFish).
    • High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
