We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Consultant, Payroll Outsourcing & Operations to support the payroll processes for our clients. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, this role will be integral to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for assigned clients;
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing;
- Provide strategic guidance and operational support to enhance payroll efficiency;
- Maintain effective communication with clients and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of payroll experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing environment.
- Experience in multi-country payroll processing is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency with payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP, SunFish).
- High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
