The impact you will be making:
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Verify employee attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Prepare and maintain payroll records, ensuring data integrity.
- Support statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax submissions.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports for internal and statutory requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to support payroll administration and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure payroll operations align with company policies.
What you'll need to shine in this role:
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Basic knowledge of payroll procedures and labor laws.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
- Good communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.
