Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer full-cycle payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, income tax, etc.).
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including leaves, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare and submit monthly payroll reports for management review and audit purposes.
  • Assist in payroll-related reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws, policies, and best practices.


Requirements

  • :Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  • .24 years of relevant payroll experience
  • .Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and reporting requirements
  • .Proficient in payroll software and MS Office (Excel in particular)
  • .High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
  • .Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
