Job Description

  • Manage and process payroll for regional offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations. (Construction Industry, high headcount)
  • Reconcile payroll reports and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on regional statutory and tax regulations affecting payroll
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Diploma/NITEC in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience payroll experience is necessary
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
