The position will be responsible for managing payroll, HR systems, and HR operations across multiple countries in the region. The role will ensure compliance with local laws, maintain data integrity, manage vendor relationships, and drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing across several countries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance and external vendors for payroll reconciliations and audits.
- Lead payroll-related projects including process automation, vendor transitions, and system enhancements.
HRIS Management
- Manage implementation, optimisation, and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
- Act as the primary contact for system support, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Ensure data accuracy and develop dashboards/reports for management insights.
- Provide training to HR users on HRIS functionalities.
HR Operations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and processes in line with local regulations and global standards.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal audits and regional HR requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal teams to align on operations.
- Provide guidance to country-level HR teams on best practices and operational challenges.
- Serve as the regional liaison with global HQ on HR systems and policy alignment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 58 years experience in payroll, HRIS, and HR operations, ideally with regional or multi-country scope.
- Solid knowledge of labour regulations, payroll practices, and HR technology.
- Proven ability to manage cross-border projects and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
