About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with deep expertise in Malaysia payroll to support our growing HR operations. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and employee services teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend payroll processing for Malaysia employees with high accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide support for onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- Deliver responsive and highquality employee services, addressing payrollrelated queries and issues.
- Maintain and update employee data within Workday, ensuring strong data integrity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support HR operations and continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Malaysia payroll administration.
- Strong understanding of local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Handson experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problemsolving capabilities.
- Ability to start in March 2026 and commit to the full contract duration.
