Payroll Specialist

Job Title:- People & Culture Professional - Payroll Services

Location:- Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Role Summary:-

Cover payroll process for Korea and Vietnam for 6 months

Essential Responsibilities:-

• End to end payroll processing for Vietnam & Korea

• Managing service delivery metrics and/or third-party supplier performance in relation to the assigned process(s)

• Providing advice on complex questions/requests from employees, businesses and HR partners

• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness and quality to ensure compliance with relevant legal and company policy requirements

• Participating in internal, external payroll and benefits audits Preparation of year-end reporting & associated statistics

Essential Requirements of the role (Experience / Skills / Competencies):-

• Years of experience: 1+ years

• Field of experience: Payroll service delivery and daily operation, Korea and VN preferred

• Technical Skills: Payroll accounting, statutory reporting, payroll operation

• Soft Skills: Good command of computers

• Tools or Software (Required): MS Office, SAP

• Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree

• Industry Background or Experience (Required): Oil and Gas preferred
