  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and prepare payroll dashboards, headcount cost reports, and mobility analytics for leadership.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of payroll experience with strong end-to-end ownership of multi-country APAC payroll, and hands-on experience managing expatriate work permit applications.
  • Working knowledge of APAC employment, tax, and immigration regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in payroll software and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.

Your X-Factor

  • Combines operational precision with a people-first mindset.
  • Navigates regulatory complexity with calm and clarity.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, multi-country environments where deadlines are non-negotiable.
