Payroll Specialist (SG Payroll)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist / Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team at BIPO SERVICE MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. to provide Singapore Payroll Services for our Clients. This is a full-time position based in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including data collection, input, verification, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws, regulations, and company policies
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, acting as a reliable point of contact.
• Provide support and guidance to clients on payroll-related matters
• Continuously improve payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Involve in transformation initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably within a professional services or outsourcing environment
• Thorough understanding of payroll processing, taxation, and labour laws in Singapore
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in the use of payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
