Maintain strict compliance with Thailand labor legislation through the precise reconciliation, submission, and reporting of statutory deductions, funds, and taxes.
Act as a trusted, confidential point of contact for employee payroll inquiries while fostering cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT partners.
Enforce rigorous payroll controls and audit standards while managing vendor relationships to ensure optimal system performance and rapid issue resolution.
Drive operational excellence by continuously updating standard operating procedures and supporting strategic payroll transformation projects and system implementations.
Possession of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
Candidates must bring at least 3 years of regional payroll experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have directly processed Thailand payroll.
A deep and thorough understanding of regional payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements is essential, preferably with a focus on Thailand.
Proven experience in working with external payroll vendors and managing various payroll software systems is highly valued.
Professional proficiency in the Thai language is not required but will be considered a distinct advantage.
