Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to provide our award-winning payroll service to Hong Kong clients and maintain client relationship on regular basis
- Perform end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing and provide related HR services to clients
- Responsible for Hong Kong clients payroll calculation (including MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IF56B,E,F,G, etc.)
- Liaise with local authorities and service providers in relation to pension, social insurance, tax and other statutory matters
- Prepare HR reports for clients such as movement, headcount, pay summary, cost centre allocation and payroll breakdown reports
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate payroll data and staff information in the Payroll System
- Participate clients meeting and provide professional advice on HR issues relate to labour laws and employment act
- Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year in HK Payroll and MPF IS A MUST
- Proven track record in managing a payroll outsourcing team
- Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
- Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast-paced environment
- Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
- Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
- Fluent in English.Foreign language will be advantageous
