Role Purpose:

To plan, execute, and optimise agency campaigns and agent mobility uplift initiatives that drive sales performance, improve agent productivity, and support sustainable growth across the Takaful agency.

Organization Context:

. Part of the Agency Strategy function within the Takaful business

. Accountable for agency sales campaigns and agent mobility uplift initiatives across assigned agent segments

. Works closely with Sales, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Digital, Finance, Brand & Communication, Product and Operations teams

. Reports to the Manager, Agency Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Campaign Strategy & Execution

. Design and execute agency sales campaigns aligned with agency growth priorities and performance targets

. Translate sales targets into clear campaign mechanics, timelines, and execution plans

. Monitor campaign performance and implement timely optimisation actions to maximise sales impact

. Plan, execute and monitoring digital asset of Agency Distribution

Agent Mobility Uplift & Productivity

. Drive initiatives to support agent productivity progression and mobility uplift across performance bands

. Analyse agent performance data to identify mobility gaps and recommend targeted interventions

. Partner with Learning & Development and Sales teams to align capability initiatives with campaign objectives

Performance Management & Insights

. Track campaign and mobility performance against defined sales and productivity KPIs

. Prepare performance insights, reports, and recommendations for management review

. Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify best practices and improvement areas

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives

. Ensure initiatives comply with governance, regulatory, and Shariah requirements

. Maintain proper documentation, controls, and reporting standards

Qualification and Experience:

. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields

. Minimum 6-9 years of experience in agency strategy, campaign management, brands & communication, or related roles within Takaful, insurance, or financial services

. Strong understanding of agency sales models, incentives, brands & communication and productivity management

. Experience in performance analysis, design, and stakeholder coordination

. Strong communication, analytical, and execution skills

. Professional, results-driven, and detail-oriented mindset
