Role Purpose:

To lead business performance initiatives for New Agent & Financing Scheme agents and Agency Leaders by translating agency strategy into targeted actions that drive sales productivity, leadership effectiveness, and sustainable growth within the Takaful agency.

Organization Context:

. Part of the Agency Strategy function within the Takaful business

. Accountable for business performance leads covering financing scheme agents and leader development

. Acts as a strategic partner to Sales, Recruitment, Learning & Development and Performance Management

. Reports to the Head of Agency Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

Financing Scheme Performance & Sales Enablement

. Drive performance initiatives that accelerate activation, productivity, and sales contribution of financing scheme agents

. Translate financing scheme strategies into clear performance actions, targets, and execution plans

. Monitor financing scheme outcomes and recommend corrective actions to maximise sales results

Leader Development & Team Performance

. Support leader development initiatives that strengthen sales leadership capability, coaching effectiveness, and team productivity

. Partner with Learning & Development to align leadership programmes with business performance priorities

. Analyse leader performance data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities

Performance Management & Analytics

. Establish and track sales and productivity KPIs for financing scheme agents and leaders

. Prepare performance dashboards, insights, and management reports to support decision-making

. Conduct performance reviews and post-initiative evaluations to drive continuous improvement

Stakeholder Coordination & Governance

. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of performance initiatives

. Ensure alignment with governance, regulatory, and Shariah requirements

. Maintain documentation, controls, and performance governance standards

Qualification and Experience:

. Minimum 7-10 years of experience in agency strategy, performance management, sales enablement, or related roles within Takaful, insurance, or financial services

. Strong understanding of financing schemes, agency leadership structures, and sales performance drivers

. Experience in data analysis, Power BI, performance tracking, and stakeholder management

. Strong communication, analytical, and execution capabilities

. Professional, commercially driven, and results-oriented mindset
