PCI DSS Implementation & IT Risk Specialist

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilledPCI DSS Implementation Specialistwith proven experience in the banking sector and IT technology risk management.PCI DSS implementation experience is mandatory. The role focuses on ensuring compliance across payment systems, strengthening IT controls, and mitigating technology risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end PCI DSS implementation initiativesacross banking applications, infrastructure, and payment systems.
• Perform PCI DSS gap analysis, remediation planning, and certification readiness.
• Conduct IT risk assessments aligned with PCI DSS and broader banking technology risk frameworks.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and controls to maintain PCI DSS compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and security teams to ensure secure handling of cardholder data.
• Manage internal and external audits related to PCI DSS and IT risk compliance.
• Monitor emerging threats, regulatory changes, and industry best practices in payment security.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders on PCI DSS requirements and IT risk mitigation.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in PCI DSS implementationwithin the banking or financial services sector.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Solid understanding of IT general controls, data security, and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, SOC, GLBA).
• Hands-on experience with IT risk management, control assessments, and security audits.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• PCI QSA, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC certifications.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for PCI DSS compliance.
• Familiarity with banking applications, payment gateways, and transaction processing.
