- To perform overall vehicle inspection in PDI booth / external yard location after the final quality check by contract manufacturer. (Interior, exterior, functional & features).
- Co-ordinate and organise with repairmen and QA inspector if any abnormalities are found during checking at external yard.
- To perform PDI report after vehicle inspection.
- To attend buy off session with yard team and arrange for repair if necessary.
- To collect defect per unit data in PDI.
- To attend product audit based on weekly basis.
- To carry out inspection at external yard locations, subject to deployment and operational requirements.
Additional Requirement
1. Must have at least 3 years of experience or equivalent to any similar task.
2. Diploma in an engineering field may be preferred.
3. Must be competent in colour blind examination.
4. Driving licenses and technical certificates may be preferred.
5. Have basic knowledge in maintenance and inspection of vehicle.
6. Must have experience in automotive.
