Basic handson exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) or similar decisioning platforms

2) Experience of supporting configuration of NBA decisioning artifacts in Pega CDH (eligibility rules, treatments, propositions)

3) Understanding of NextBestAction concepts (targeting, eligibility, prioritisation)

1) 4-7 years of experience in Pega CDH decisioning or marketing decision analytics

2) Strong handson expertise with decision strategies, NBA Designer, engagement policies, treatments

3) Solid analytical skills, including SQLbased validation

4) Pega CDH / Decisioning Associate certification

1) 8+ years of experience in Pega CDH / Decisioning / RealTime Personalisation

2) Deep expertise in decision architecture, strategy logic, and realtime execution

3) Proven leadership on enterprisescale NBA programmes

4) Excellent executivelevel communication and decisionmaking skills

5) Pega Certified Decisioning Architect

6) Responsible for the Pega CDH application architecture

Pega CDH Lead Decision Architect (LDA)

1) 8+ years of experience in decisioning / MarTech / CRM platforms

2) 4–6 years handson Pega CDH experience

3) Deep knowledge of NBA Designer, ADM, Prediction Studio, realtime containers

4) Strong experience in enterprise integration and data modelling

5) Lead design of crossjourney and crossproduct NBA strategies

6) Lead integration of CDH with CRM, CDP, Analytics, and downstream MarTech tools

7) Proven leadership in multisquad delivery environments

8) Certified Pega Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA)

Pega System Solution Architect (SSA)

1) 4-7 years of experience in Pega application development, Pega solution architecture and delivery

2) Handson experience with Pega Platform (7.x / 8.x / Infinity)

3) Strong understanding of case management, data modelling, rulesets, and integrations

4) Strong expertise in Pega Platform, integrations (REST/SOAP), and data design

5) Experience delivering solutions in enterprise MarTech or digital transformation programmes

6) Experience of Developing Data Flows/Data Sets/Strategies required to support the Reporting Requirements

7) Strong understanding of CI/CD, environments, and deployment models

8) Pega CSSA / PCSSA certification
