As the Group continues to scale, we are strengthening our Corporate Office finance team to support accurate reporting, disciplined governance, and long-term financial sustainability.

Role Overview

The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for cultivating a positive and inclusive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale, and aligning people-focused strategies with overall business objectives.

The role drives the design and implementation of initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, professional growth, and meaningful connection, while also supporting recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent aligned with the organization's values and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing

Design and deliver employee engagement surveys, recognition programs, and cultural initiatives. Develop and manage holistic wellbeing programs supporting employees mental, physical, and social health, while proactively addressing employee feedback and concerns.

  • Recruitment & Employer Branding

Partner with hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment processes, including role scoping, candidate experience, and onboarding. Contribute to employer branding initiatives that position the organization as an employer of choice and ensure a consistent, values-driven hiring experience.

  • Learning & Development

Identify organizational training needs, oversee learning and development programs, and support leaders with best practices to enhance engagement, performance, and people leadership capability.

  • Onboarding & Retention

Enhance onboarding experiences to ensure seamless integration of new hires and implement targeted strategies to improve engagement, satisfaction, and talent retention.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in HR focusing on employee engagement, recruitment and employee wellbeing initiatives
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and analyze HR metrics to make informed decisions.
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and cultural awareness.
  • Working knowledge of recruitment practices, HR systems, labor legislation, and contemporary engagement trends.
