Let's Talk About The Role

We're looking for an innovative professional to enhance HR data and automate workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, and related tools. This role combines People Analytics and HR Technology, turning complex data and manual processes into scalable, actionable insights.

You will play a key role in strengthening Resmed's HR data ecosystem and driving automation that improves how our People teams operate. By streamlining reporting and automating workflows, you'll help leaders focus more on strategy and less on manual administration.

Let's Talk About Responsibilities

Data Visualization & Reporting

  • Rebuild Tableau dashboards in Power BI with accurate logic mapping.
  • Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards.
  • Optimize models, apply RLS/security, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Document sources, assumptions, and KPI definitions.

Process Automation

  • Automate HR workflows (onboarding, reporting, approvals).
  • Build and maintain Power Automate flows and lightweight Power Apps.
  • Implement monitoring, error handling, and documentation.

Governance & Data Quality

  • Apply data governance, privacy, and security standards.
  • Execute UAT and data-quality checks; resolve issues systematically.

Required Skills


Let's talk about Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors/Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Advanced Power BI (DAX, Power Query, performance tuning).
  • Advanced Power Automate; intermediate Power Apps.
  • Ability to translate Tableau logic into Power BI.
  • Strong communication, documentation and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills


  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, HR metrics, and HRIS systems.
  • Awareness of Azure administration and version control.
