The Associate Manager, People & Content Marketing is responsible for driving execution excellence across content, KOL, and livestream campaigns, while beginning to take on ownership of planning and team coordination.
This role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that campaign plans are translated into clear deliverables, timelines, and outcomes across assigned markets and clients.
The Associate Manager is expected to operate with growing independence, manage stakeholders confidently, and guide junior team members in delivering consistent, high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution
Support the Head of People & Content Marketing in developing campaign plans across content, KOL, and livestream initiatives
Translate strategies into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client objectives
Identify gaps during execution and propose practical solutions
2. Content & KOL Management
Manage end-to-end execution of content production and KOL campaigns
Work with creators, designers, and internal teams to ensure content quality and consistency
Support the growth and management of Synagie's KOL and creator network
Stay updated on platform trends (Shopee, TikTok, social platforms) and apply them to campaigns
3. Livestream Coordination
Oversee day-to-day livestream planning and execution across platforms
Coordinate with hosts, production teams, and partners to ensure smooth delivery
Ensure livestream mechanics (offers, engagement triggers, scripts) are properly executed
4. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as the day-to-day client lead for assigned accounts
Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables across stakeholders
Support client reporting by consolidating campaign performance and insights
Build working relationships that support long-term account growth
5. Team Coordination & Guidance
Guide Specialists and junior team members on task execution and priorities
Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and timelines within the team
Provide feedback to improve work quality and consistency
Escalate risks or issues to the Head of People & Content Marketing when needed
6. Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Track key campaign metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion signals)
Identify underperformance and recommend adjustments
Support post-campaign analysis and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field and 35 years of experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, or digital commerce.
Effectively bilingual in English and native language (preferred).
Strong understanding of social media, KOL ecosystems, and ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
Good managerial skills, with a reputation for being flexible, energetic, hard-working, inspirational, and enthusiastic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ms Office suite (knowledge of using platform & social tools is a plus).
Innovative and strategic thinker with data analytical capabilities, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Ability to work independently with moderate guidance.
