People & Content Marketing
- Manage and lead all people and content marketing projects in the region, including Social Media Management, KOL engagement and Livestreaming.
- Conceptualize, plan and manage all content marketing strategies to support clients in achieving business targets
- Produce high-quality content by collaborating with influencers, designers and writers (paid & organic content)
- Spearhead and expand Synagie's KOL content creator network
- Have a firm pulse on the social media & KOL content creator landscape & trends
Livestreaming
- Oversee the live stream production & coordination on marketplaces, social platforms or equivalent with the production team, partners, clients & hosts.
- Own & improve livestream production processes, inclusive of studio setup & equipment.
Client Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of content marketing strategies & projects
- Build long-term relationships with clients to develop a trusted advisor relationship.
- Manage day-to-day production and financial management workstream.
- Have a good understanding of the client's business, product & category
- Manages client expectations and delivery across all projects
- Track and measure the delivery and campaign performance for actionable post-mortem reports, providing meaningful insights and identifying future revenue opportunities.
Leadership
- Ownership of People & Content Marketing revenue growth, reputation and relationships with clients and content creators.
- Identify opportunities and gaps based on data & market trends to develop client marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team to build a strong pipeline of leaders.
Administrative
- Manage and ensure billings and payment accuracy, especially with content creators for project completion.
- Documentation and archival of content and digital visuals in the asset library.
- Build & maintain market & category benchmarks across solutions for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business-related field and 3-5 years experience in marketing (3 years+ rooted in retail field is a plus).
- Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong digital and social media understanding and content creation acumen.
- Strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution.
- Proven experience in developing and driving Digital initiatives from inception to execution.
- Excellent managerial skills, with a reputation for being flexible, energetic, hard-working, inspirational, and enthusiastic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, MS Office suite (knowledge of using Klear is a plus).
- Innovative and strategic thinker with data analytical mindset, comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance as needed.
