The Opportunity

People Consulting puts Humans@Centre of everything we do. PC delivers the people side of business strategy, helping organizations unlock the full potential of their workforce. As a PC team member, you will work on some of the most complex and people-focused challenges for our clients — with the chance to make a lasting impact across organizations and industries.

We are hiring professionals from Associate to Senior Manager level to join our fast-growing team in Malaysia, supporting our four transformative solutions:

  • Organization Transformation - Shape future-ready organizations by redesigning structures, roles, and workforce plans aligned to business strategy.
  • Talent Transformation and Learning Solution - Define future skills and talent strategies, build capabilities through targeted learning, academies, and development programmes.
  • HR Transformation - Redesign HR operating models, processes, and policies, enabled by technology
  • Future of Work (AI and Digital Transformation) - Reimagine how humans and technology work together, and prepare the workforce for emerging capabilities
  • Change Management - Drive adoption and sustain behavior change across transformation initiatives to embed new ways of working, technologies

Your Key Responsibilities

Skills And Attributes for Success -

  • Lead workstreams or projects end-to-end, ensuring outcomes align with client objectives
  • Manage client relationships and day-to-day project delivery
  • Develop and coach junior team members, promoting a culture of learning, inclusion, and performance excellence
  • Shape and execute people strategies that drive workforce transformation and organizational value
  • Drive proposal development and business development efforts
  • Manage engagement financials and ensure risk and quality standards are upheld
  • Actively contribute to Practice Leadership to build and develop the team

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

  • A bachelor's degree in business, HR, Psychology, Management, or related discipline
  • Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR projects or consulting, organisation development, talent management, change management.
  • Experience in leading teams of workstreams
  • Senior Manager: At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, organisation development, talent management, change management
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and client relationships
  • Exposure to client-facing environments such as Big 4, global consultancies, or in-house roles leading transformation initiatives

Ideally, You'll Also Have

  • Postgraduate or professional certifications (e.g., MBA, CIPD, Prosci, SHRM)
  • Experience managing complex stakeholders across sectors
  • Demonstrated success in leading pursuits and business development
  • Exposure to digital HR solutions, people analytics, or workforce planning technologies
