Role Overview

As a People Experience Operations (PXO) Specialist supporting the EMEA region, you will operate in a dynamic, international environment. Working remotely, you will play a key role in enhancing the employee experience by optimizing and implementing PXO processes, ensuring consistency, and driving operational excellence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PXO processes across EMEA

  • Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with regional standards, policies, and guidelines

  • Act as a key liaison with PSS and foster strong cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration

  • Partner with internal stakeholders including People Advisors, Legal, Occupational Safety, and other functions

  • Manage and resolve complex or non-standard employee queries within the People Operations scope

  • Support region-specific initiatives such as quality management (QM), occupational safety, and SOX compliance activities

  • Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and reports beyond standard operational topics

  • Contribute to and lead PXO-related projects, including the rollout of new processes and improvements at the EMEA level

  • Analyze HR and operational data to generate insights and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience

  • Coordinate onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes in partnership with PSS

  • Organize and facilitate virtual meetings, workshops, and training sessions

  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to corporate culture programs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field

  • Proven experience in PXO, HR, or People Operations, ideally within an international or EMEA-focused organization

  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required additional languages are a plus

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with a structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach

  • Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office tools

  • High level of intercultural awareness, empathy, and adaptability
