About the Role

The People Experience Associate plays a key role within the People Shared Services team, providing end‑to‑end HR operational and administrative support to employees, business stakeholders, and People teams.

This role is focused on delivering a seamless employee experience through efficient HR processes, accurate data management, and timely resolution of People-related queries, while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

  • Provide support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in core HCM systems (e.g., Workday), ensuring data integrity

  • Support payroll and benefits processes, including data validation and coordination with relevant teams

  • Assist in managing employment documents, verifications, and HR administrative requests

Shared Services & Employee Support

  • Respond to employee queries and service requests in a timely and professional manner via shared services channels

  • Handle requests such as employment letters, forms completion, and HR policy clarifications

  • Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) to support benefits, payroll, and other HR-related processes

  • Act as a first point of contact and escalate complex queries where required

Compliance, Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with internal policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements

  • Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and regulatory purposes

  • Support HR reporting, including diversity reporting and operational metrics

  • Assist in updating HR policies, SOPs, and internal documentation

Continuous Improvement & Projects

  • Identify and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives within People Shared Services

  • Participate in HR projects, including process enhancements and system updates

  • Provide support for internal and external HR audits

  • Act as a resource for junior team members when needed

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or administrative support

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • Experience working with HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar HCM platforms)

  • Exposure to payroll, benefits administration, or employee lifecycle processes

  • Experience in a shared services or service delivery environment
