Job title: People Services Generalist

About The Job

The People Services Generalist Singapore will be responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class HR experience for employees and stakeholders in Singapore. The role will oversee key people lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and contractor management, ensuring all processes are delivered in compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.

Main Responsibilities

Employee Life Cycle (ELC)

  • Manage Employee Life Cycle (ELC) Management for Singapore as per respective Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage the onboarding process and coordinate the administration of national or international transfers (if any)
  • Coordinate and administer termination and offboarding activities
  • Ensure that changes are correctly reflected in all related systems
  • Manage all documents related to contractor management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)
  • Address operational issues and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner
  • Deliver operational KPIs and comply with Sanofi policies and guidelines including GDPR
  • Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Operation

  • Create records, complete all required steps, coordinate with the various stakeholders to make an efficient and seamless on-boarding experience
  • Administer termination activities, coordinate collection of assets
  • Monitor data quality and identify potential issues and take pro-active measures
  • Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines
  • Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs
  • Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope
  • Build, document and transfer Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to employee lifecycle management
  • Ensure DTP is updated and aligned with Core Model time to time.
  • Provide Level 2 support for this sub-process as per the Customer Service process in Service Now and contribute to the Knowledge Database

Continuous improvement

  • Identify process improvement opportunities through elimination of redundant activities
  • Participate in process automation initiatives and ensure seamless adoption and transition
  • Participate in global projects as required

Qualifications

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in HR or related field (2+ years preferred)
  • Proficiency in English (advanced level) required; local language skills advantageous
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus

Skills And Competencies

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with HR tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) is advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  • Adaptability, teamwork, and willingness to learn
  • Awareness of data privacy rules (e.g., GDPR) is beneficial
