Job Description

Location : Malaysia / Indonesia

We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented People Sourcing Partner to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
  • Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels
  • Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Nice to Have

  • Experience recruiting for the gaming, technology, or creative industries
  • Familiarity with HR related AI tools
  • Experience with Findem or hireEZ, SeekOut (SeekOut Assist), Juicebox (PeopleGPT) or any other tools relevant for talent acquisition.
  • Experience with employer branding initiatives
  • Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics
