Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Source and attract candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate engagement strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for the gaming, technology, or creative industries
- Familiarity with HR related AI tools
- Experience with Findem or hireEZ, SeekOut (SeekOut Assist), Juicebox (PeopleGPT) or any other tools relevant for talent acquisition.
- Experience with employer branding initiatives
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and hiring metrics
