Full-time | Customer Service / HR Operations | Office Hours (approx. 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Specialist to support HR processes and employee-related inquiries. In this role, you will ensure accuracy in data administration, manage HR documentation, and provide support through multiple communication channels including live chat, email, and calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain employee data with high accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle HR-related cases using CRM systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
  • Coordinate and process HR documentation in compliance with company policies
  • Provide support via live chat, email, and phone
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows
  • Assist with HR operations and employee support tasks
  • Anticipate issues and remain calm under pressure
  • Ensure adherence to SLA (Service Level Agreements)

Requirements


  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (C1 level or above)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or HR support
  • Experience in data administration and document management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HR Shared Services is an advantage
  • Experience with tools like ServiceNow is a plus

  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese)
