About The Role
This position supports the financial
performance analysis and reporting functions of the RHBIB Group. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in analysing the financial performance of the RHBIB Group for senior management, Board committees, and external financial statement users.
- Support and coordinate the Group's budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Prepare performance analysis materials for periodic reporting to Senior Management and the Board, including:
- IBBC and GMC reports
- Board reports
- Departmental financial statements
- Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including:
- Scheduling and managing meetings
- Tracking deliverables and progress
- Handling budget top-ups and reallocations
- Oversee all financial reporting requirements for selected RHBIB Group subsidiaries
- Support any ad‑hoc tasks or requests from superiors
What We're Looking For
- Professional qualification or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields
- Pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
