About The Role
RHB Asset Management is hiring for a
Performance Attribution Analyst. In this role, you will support the Portfolio Attribution Manager in analyzing fund performance and formulating investment style strategies. You will play a key role in developing and enhancing stock and credit rating models by incorporating fundamental and ESG scores across the Malaysia and global equity and credit universe. This position offers valuable exposure to portfolio analytics, performance measurement, and investment strategy development within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist the Portfolio Attribution Manager in analyzing and formulating investment style strategies
- Support the development of stock and credit rating models by incorporating fundamental and ESG scores across Malaysia and global stock and credit universes
- Ensure accurate validation of accounting data and rate of return calculations
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of fund performance attribution reports
- Assist in engaging with stakeholders to obtain necessary inputs and ensure alignment
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and processes at all times
- Execute responsibilities efficiently and within stipulated deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Keen interest in portfolio analytics, performance measurement, and investment strategy
- Knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and return calculations
- Familiarity with ESG considerations in investment analysis is an added advantage
- Good planning and organizational skills
