About the Role

We are seeking aPerformance Coordinatorto drive operational excellence within our Advisory & Consulting division. This role is pivotal in managing team deliverables, supporting leadership commitments, coordinating client follow-ups, and ensuring seamless preparation for key events and workshops.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track team tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Support leadership by tracking commitments, sending reminders, and maintaining logs.
  • Schedule and manage appointments to optimize leadership calendars.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, prepare performance dashboards, and highlight gaps.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and logistics for events and workshops.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in administration, executive assistance, project/event management, or client/account management.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Tech-savvy with experience in task management and reporting tools.
