Compensation: MYR 7,000 9,000/month + Performance Bonus

SimplyGood is a fast-growing Singapore DTC eCommerce startup brand focused on eco-friendly detergent home care products. We sell across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, and are scaling aggressively through content and paid ads. We are expanding to the Malaysia market this year as well.

The Role:
This is not a brand role. This is not a social media role.
This is a performance role. You own the creative engine that acquires customers on Meta and TikTok Paid Ads. You write the scripts and creative briefs. You brief the creators and editors. You track the numbers. You kill what does not work and scale what does.
This role owns:
- Creative strategy
- UGC / creator pipeline
- Creative performance for paid ads (Meta & TikTok)
You will be responsible for building and scaling a high-output content engine that drives customer acquisition in Singapore & Malaysia.
If you have spent the last 3-5 years obsessing over hooks, CTRs, consumer psychology and why one ad crushes while another dies on day 3 this is the role.
We operate with speed. You are expected to test, learn, and iterate fast not wait for perfect ideas.
Job Description:
1. Creative Strategy & Testing
- Develop weekly creative testing roadmap (angles, hooks, formats, awareness level, persona / target audience)
- Generate and test minimally 10 new creatives per week
- Identify winning ad concepts and systematically iterate variations
- Continuously improve CTR, CPA, and conversion rates
2. Creative Performance Analysis
- Analyze ad performance daily (CTR, Hook Rate, Thumb stops, CPA, ROAS, CVR)
- Diagnose why creatives win or fail not just report the numbers, but act on them
- Translate data into new creative ideas
3. Creative Production & Execution
- Write clear scripts and creative briefs for Creators and Video Editors (scripts, hooks, angles)
- Work closely with video editors to produce high-performing creatives
- Ensure fast turnaround and consistent output
- Maintain a strong pipeline of new creatives weekly
4. Creator & UGC Management (Meta & TikTok)
- Source, onboard, and manage UGC creators and content talent
- Build and maintain a creator network across Singapore & Malaysia
- Brief creators clearly (hook, angle, demo, CTA, format)
- Identify top-performing creators and scale collaboration
- Ensure consistent weekly output of creator-driven content
5.Meta & TikTok Ads Content Engine
- Build and scale Meta & TikTok content engine for paid ads
- Ensure consistent pipeline of at least 7 performance-driven videos weekly
- Identify organic content winners and convert into GMV Spark Ads
- Work with affiliate creators (40 - 60 active) to drive GMV
What Success Looks like:
This is a performance role. Your review is based on numbers, not effort.
- Creatives tested per week: >10 creatives
- Meta Hook Rate: > 30% average
- Blended Meta ROAS: > 2.5x sustained
- CTR: > 2%
- Winning creatives identified: 20 - 30% winning creatives identified weekly
- CPA: $35-40
What We're Looking For
Must-Have
- 4-6 years in paid ads creative strategy, performance marketing, DTC eCommerce
- Hands-on Meta & Tiktok Ads experience
- Proven ability to improve CPA and scale winning creatives
- Strong understanding of hooks, direct response copywriting, and consumer psychology
- Comfortable reading and acting on ad data daily without being told what to do
- Mandarin / Chinese speaking required
Strong Advantage
- Experience with UGC creator management and affiliate content pipelines
- Background in FMCG, home care, beauty, or wellness DTC brands
- Has personally written scripts and briefed video editors
- Familiar with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Creatify, CapCut) as production accelerators
- Experience scaling ad spend above MYR 50K/month

Compensation
- Base Salary: MYR 7,000 9,000/month depending on experience and demonstrated track record
- Performance Bonus: Quarterly, tied to ROAS targets, CPA improvement, and TikTok GMV milestones
Your work directly impacts revenue. Strong performance will be rewarded. Weak performance will be addressed quickly.
