Client Strategy & Delivery (40%)
Lead the performance strategy for all Tier 1 clients, these are high-stakes, high-growth accounts.
Ensure the team hits KPIs, manages budgets effectively, and delivers outcomes, not just outputs.
Review and sign off on media plans, performance roadmaps, and major strategic pivots.
Guide new client onboarding, from audits through to launch strategy.
Work closely with the Data team to translate insights into actionable decisions.
Regularly review where time and effort are spent and reallocate resources to keep execution sharp.
Maintain strong client relationships without over-servicing, sustainability matters.
Growth & Commercial Leadership (30%)
Support business growth through upselling, participating in pitches, and expanding existing accounts.
Partner with leadership on forecasting, hiring plans, and overall commercial strategy.
Own and protect project scope, preventing timeline creep and unplanned work.
Shape proposals and strategic solutions for prospective clients and partners.
Team Leadership & Development (30%)
Lead a team of 4 Performance Managers and 4 Executives, mentoring, developing, and supporting them.
Build internal playbooks and processes that scale with the business.
Drive performance reviews and ongoing development plans.
Ensure consistency across the team in quality, client experience, and output.
Foster a culture of excellence, ownership, and collaboration.
You should have
6+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong expertise across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Reddit, Programmatic, and other media channels.
Experience with P&L ownership, forecasting, and hiring.
Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and multi-million-dollar campaigns.
Strong data fluency, including dashboards, attribution, and optimisation insights.
Comfort working in ambiguity with a startup mindset.
Willingness to travel to Singapore monthly for key meetings and pitches.
