Role Description
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to help scale RakanSales through data-driven campaigns, lead generation, and growth marketing strategies.
You will work closely with the founder, sales, creative and event teams to execute high-performing campaigns that generate quality leads and measurable business growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and XiaoHongShu (XHS/RED)
- Build and manage lead generation funnels from awareness to conversion
- Track and report on key metrics — CPL, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates — with clear, actionable insights
- Set up and optimize marketing automation, retargeting flows, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
- Run campaigns for webinars, events, and product launches
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging channels
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing or digital marketing experience
- Proven track record managing paid campaigns across two or more major ad platforms
- Strong grasp of lead generation principles and conversion funnel strategy
- Comfortable with analytics and reporting — you make decisions based on data, not instinct alone
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to move fast in a startup environment
- Clear communicator who works well across teams
Bonus Points
- Background in SaaS, CRM, or tech products
- Experience running webinar or event-driven campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and retargeting workflows
- Working knowledge of SEO, GEO, or AEO
- Experience scaling B2B lead generation, especially in SME markets
