This role is responsible for strategizing and executing digital marketing campaigns with clear performance goals including increasing website traffic, generating leads, and driving conversions in line with overall brand growth objectives.
Job Description:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Ads, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc).
- Track and analyse key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Support the end-to-end performance journey for new brand launches, including awareness, lead generation, and remarketing.
- Collaborate closely with the content, design and brand teams to ensure message consistency and campaign alignment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for campaign refinement.
- Test and refine landing pages, creatives, and messaging through A/B testing.
- Provide post-campaign performance reports and actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
- Proven track record in managing data driven campaigns and achieving measurable marketing results.
- Familiarity with marketing platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
- Self-motivated, result oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced brand environment.
- Experience working with in house or self-owned brands in a plus.
